Candidates who need to change their Aadhaar related details in JEE Main 2017 application form can now make the corrections. The correction facility has been provided by CBSE – the exam conducting body.
Although students can make the necessary changes in the Aadhaar Card details, CBSE has not specified the duration for which the facility will be available is available now. Therefore, students are advised to make the changes as early as possible.

All candidates will now be able to edit their Aadhaar Card number mentioned in the application. If you had applied for Aadhaar Card or have entered the incorrect 28 digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID or have or have submitted an enrollment request for Aadhaar Card, make sure that you update, edit or correct the details.
It is an important step in the application process as the Aadhaar information mentioned in the application will be verified with the UID Authority of India.
In order to correct or update your Aadhar details in JEE Mains 2017 application form, you will have to log into your exam account using your credentials i.e. the application number and password.

Candidates who hail from Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya need not worry about the correction process. Students from these states have been exempted from the Aadhaar rule for JEE Mains 2017. These students were required to complete the application process using IDs like passport number, bank account number, ration card number or any other valid government ID.
