What to do on the Last Day Before the CAT 2021 Exam?

The CAT 2021 exam is approaching your way and in a few hours on November 28, 2021. You will be appearing for one of the best examinations in the Indian education system that filters the most desirable management candidates. It is quite understandable if you are worried or going through a panic mode. But, that's not the way! Come on, you have given all the effort to prepare for the exams and now it's really the time to relax. 1 Day Before The CAT Exam- What Should You Do?

1. Focus On Your Strengths

Establish the segments that you've already prepared and try to maximize them instead of attempting to spread wings elsewhere. It is always better to work on your speed & accuracy on the topics that you have prepared thoroughly.

2. CAT Is Important, But Not More Than Your Life!

Don't allow nervousness to get the best of you. Be kind to yourself, CAT isn't the end of the world. So, keep a positive mindset and stay motivated.

3. Meet Friends & Try To Relax

Hang out with friends who have no idea about CAT. Go for a movie(watch Akshay Kumar kicking ass in Sooryavanshi) or simply chill out at your favorite place. Just ensure to avoid any sort of outside food & drinking. Satisfying your brain and not the belly is the key!

4. Eat, Stay Hydrated & Sleep Right

Have healthy food & drink lots of water since staying hydrated will help your brain to function at optimum capacity. Try to go to sleep on time and wake up on time. DON'T study at all during the night before the exam.

5. Avoid Needless Stress

It's a good idea to go to the exam center the previous day on a casual note to have a good idea of the travel time on test day. Also, think about what you'll need in the examination center, how you'll dress, and what you'll eat for breakfast and lunch.
