Will Supreme Court Postpone NEET PG 2022 Scheduled on May 21?

With just a few hours left for the Supreme Court hearing on NEET PG 2022 postponement, the aspirants are in a dilemma if Supreme Court passes an order to postpone the exam that is scheduled to be conducted on May 21. On May 10, SC agreed to list the petition seeking NEET PG 2022 postponement for hearing, and the date of hearing was confirmed as May 13. The petition was filed by AIMSA, and the aspirants are curious to know about the decision on SC.

As the demand to postpone NEET PG 2022 intensified over the last few weeks and nationwide protests are being organized, the apex court is expected to analyze the pros and cons of postponing the exam. If the court decides to not intervene in the policy matters of the exam authority, a final decision in this regard will be left to the exam authority.

The issue of 5,000 interns is expected to be addressed, and a fair chance might be given to these aspirants. However, it is not sure how the MCC is going to present its arguments regarding a delay in the 2021 counselling process. While the delay in the admission process is one of the major reasons for the intensified demand and protests across the country to postpone the 2022 exam, it will be surprising to see how the admission authority is going to justify its stand.
