XLRI Bags Prestigious Accreditation for Management and Doctoral Programmes
Xavier School of Management has bagged prestigious accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). The accreditation has been granted for its management and doctoral programmes. This is the second international accreditation for the college. In the year 2015, the Association of MBAs received this accreditation. Now, the XLRI has joined a select group of the global business schools which have received the AACSB accreditation.
The AACSB was founded in the year 1916, and it is the only global accreditation body for business schools that offer various management courses and doctoral programmes. The Vice President of AACSB Council Robert D. Reid appreciated the institute for its dedication and hard work in promoting management programmes.

Director of XLRI, Father E Abraham said that the accreditation is a great milestone for the institute. The institute was founded in the year 1949. The institute has been ranked 13 among the top 100 management colleges in India. The institute has scored 75.30 marks in the rankings. HRD Ministry released the rankings recently.
