Energy-efficient indoor lighting design using DIALux

This was a webinar organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering on 29th April 2022 via google meet. The speaker for this webinar was Ms. Jeenia Dey, the Assistant Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department from Swami Vivekananda Group of Institutions. The webinar was on the DIAlux, a software that allows users to calculate & modify the lighting designs and execute communication between both indoor & outdoor spaces, daylight control systems & road lighting.

World Earth Day Celebration

They organized a tree plantation drive on 22nd April 2022, the Department of Science and Humanities to mark World Earth Day. The main objective of this drive was to add trees to the environment and pay respect to Mother Nature/Earth while raising awareness of the impending climatic change & its contribution to global warming.
