About CEED 2018

CEED is a national-level, computer-based exam conducted by IIT Bombay. CEED is conducted for candidates who wish to take admission in Master in Design and Ph.D. programmes offered at IITs such as IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIITDM Jabalpur and IISc Bangalore. For the final selection/admission rounds, CEED participating institutes conduct further tests or interviews. CEED scores are valid only for one year. CEED 2018 Eligibility Criteria

IIT Bombay, which is the conducting body of CEED 2018, releases the eligibility criteria for the exam. Candidates who wish to take CEED, have to fulfill the eligibility criteria set by IIT Bombay before registering for the exam. The eligibility criteria include requirements related to educational qualification, age, and qualifying marks.

The CEED is an important exam for all the candidates who wish to pursue Master in Designing (M.Des), and Ph.D. programmes. It is mandatory for all the candidates to fulfill the CEED eligibility criteria otherwise they will not be allowed to take the exam.

CEED Exam Analysis 2018

The Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) 2018 has been conducted on January 20, 2018 by IIT Bombay from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. CEED 2018 Result

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has announced the CEED 2018 result on 7th March, 2018 for the exam conducted on Saturday, January 20, 2018 in 21 cities across the country. Out of the total 6,423 candidates who registered for the exam, 5,507 candidates sat for the examination. CEED 2018 Counselling Process

CEED 2018 counselling process is conducted only after CEED result declaration. Those who have qualified the exam and have been shortlisted for counselling would soon be able to check their counselling dates on the official portal of CEED 2018. CEED 2018 Answer Key

CEED 2018 final answer key has been released by IIT Bombay on its official website. The final answer key of CEED 2018 for Part A has been released after the entrance exam was conducted on 20th January, 2018.

CEED 2018 is conducted in two parts-Part A and Part B, and the answer key is released only for Part A of the entrance exam. No answer key is published for Part B, as it has subjective-type questions.

CEED 2018 Conducting Body

IIT Bombay is the conducting body of CEED. Founded in the year 1958, IIT Bombay is a public engineering and research institution located at Powai, Mumbai, India. After the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, it is the second-oldest institute of the IIT system.
