JEE Main 2019 results have been released by NTA today on April 29, 2019. Students can check the results on the official website of JEE Main.

NTA has announced the results of JEE Main 2019 on April 29, 2019 for the exam conducted in the first week of April 2019. Candidates can check the JEE Main Results 2019 for April session on the official website of the exam. JEE Main 2019 was successfully conducted in the online mode in April 2019 without any major issues.

As notified on the official website of JEE Main 2019, class 12 results will not be taken into account in order to prepare the merit list of students who will be offered admissions in institutes like NIT, IIITs, CFTIs, etc. JEE Main 2019 score and rank will be the sole criteria for admission to central government colleges through the counselling of JEE.

How to Check JEE Main 2019 Results?

  • The results are uploaded on the official website of JEE Main.
  • A JEE Main 2019 results link is activated on the homepage so that the candidates can check the results by clicking on the link.
  • Candidates will have to enter the application number, date of birth and security pin to check JEE Main 2019 results.
  • Submit the details and the result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Take the printout of JEE Main 2019 score/ rank card.

The official answer keys of JEE Main 2019 were released recently. On the other hand, the ranks secured by candidates in Paper I of JEE Main 2019 exam will be released after JEE Main April 2019 exam. JEE Main 2019 score will comprise of the actual marks obtained by the candidates in Paper 1 of JEE Main 2019 and the status of aspirants qualified for appearing in JEE Advanced 2019.

Now that the JEE Main 2019 results are out, candidates will be able to get more clarity on JEE Main Cut-Off 2019.

Dear Student,

No, you cannot apply for JEE Main if you are still in class 11th. As per the JEE Main eligibility requirement, the candidate must have passed class 12th in Science or must be appearing for the final examination. You can apply for the exam next year. Till then, you have sufficient time to prepare for the exam.

Dear Student,

As per the latest clarification issued by NTA, if you have filled the JEE Main 2021 application form in the OBC NCL category and do not have the certificate, then you can upload the certificate by May 2021. For that, you will have to sign an undertaking considering that you will submit the certificate before the prescribed date.

I have not uploaded the EWS certificate for JEE Main. Though, I have uploaded the BPL Ration Card. Is it accepted or do I have to produce the EWS certificate after the verification of certificates?

Dear Student,

Every state has its different norms for considering a candidate from the EWS quota. Hence, in order to get the EWS quota for JEE Main, you need to submit the following documents at the time of document verification:

  • Income certificate issued by a Revenue Officer which should not be below the rank of Tehsildar
  • BPL Ration Card
  • AAY Ration Card
  • Food Security card, to be issued by the Food & Supply Department
