- More than 28,000 candidates are expected to appear for the IGNOU OPENMAT, IGNOU B.Ed and IGNOU B.Sc Nursing entrance exams this year.
- The aforementioned exams are scheduled for 25th September 2017.
Indira Gandhi National Open University is all set to conduct entrance exams for MBA (OPENMAT), B.Ed and B.Sc Nursing courses on September 24, 2017. The admit card for all these entrance tests is available for download on the official website of IGNOU. It is estimated that around 28,108 candidates will appear for the entrance exams which will be conducted across 122 exam centres. The candidates must report to the respective exam centre 45 minutes prior to the actual time of the exam.

The applicants must carry their admit cards/ hall tickets to the examination centre. If there are any issues with the admit card or hall ticket, the candidates must inform the respective regional centre or allocated examination centre. All candidates must carry a proof of identity and application form to the regional exam centre.
The applicants can access the previous question papers while preparing for the respective entrance exam which are now available on IGNOU's official website. The selection of candidates for the above-mentioned courses will be done on the basis of the performance of candidates in the entrance exam.
IGNOU has already commenced the academic session for the candidates who enrolled for varied programmes in June 2017.
