Dear Student,

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur is a self-funded private autonomous institute that does not offer any reservations. There is no provision of management quota admissions in XLRI and all admissions are based on merit in a relevant entrance exam.

In order to take admission in XLRI, a candidate must have a valid XAT or GMAT score. Shortlisted candidates are then required to appear for a GD-PI round and final selection is based on the overall academic profile and performance of the candidate.
