The admit card will be out for registered and eligible candidates only, after the applications are shortlisted by the officials. astu.ac.in is the official portal for downloading the hall ticket. Before navigating to the website, candidates should keep their application number/username and password with them, as they will have to log in to their portal to download their respective hall tickets. The hall tickets for the candidates will not be available for download for public access on the platform. Therefore, candidates must keep their credentials handy before they download the admit card for the test day.
In case candidates forget their password, there is also a provision to re-generate a password. For that, candidates will have to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link under the login page. Then, a page will be displayed, requiring you to enter your valid email address and password for password retrieval. Upon verification of these personal details on the website, you will be able to create, or generate a new password for login.
The admit card will display the personal details of the candidates, and exam-oriented information such as exam date, day, time, exam-day instructions, and others. Download the admit card (if no discrepancies are found), and ensure to take a printout to bring for exam formalities. If discrepancies in details are spotted, report to the authorities and request a revised admit card before the test day. Under no circumstances will an erroneous admit card be permitted on the test day. Therefore, this is crucial to avoid hassle while appearing for the exam.
