CA November Exam 2020: ICAI Asks Candidates With Centres In COVID-19 Containment Zones to Submit Concerns

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has asked candidates with exam centers in COVID-19 containment zones to submit their information on the official website.

ICAI has asked the candidates with centers in the COVID-19 containment zone are requested to submit the same for consideration on the official website of icai.org.Students can also reach out to their region coordinators to submit their information. The CA November exam 2020 will be held between November 21 and December 14, 2020, following government protocols due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

ICAI has released the CA November 2020 admit card on November 1, 2020. The institute had earlier notified that it will allow foundation, intermediate, and final candidates with opt-out facility for the exams starting on November 7, 2020.

 The facility will be applicable to ICAI CA exam candidates whose residence turns out to be containment zones from November 21 to December 14. The ICAI CA November exam 2020 was earlier scheduled to be conducted from November 2 to November 7 but were postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Bihar elections.

The opt-out facility for ICAI CA exam will be available for  ICAI CA exam centers and places of residence of CA aspirants which turn out to be the containment zones from November 21 to December 14.A fake notice on social media, dated October 27, 2020, claimed that the November CA exams were further postponed till January 2021. ICAI clarified that the notice was fake and exams will take place as per the schedule.
