With the Dera Verdict scheduled for 25th August, the administration of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences or BFUHS has postponed the examinations that were scheduled to take place on August 25, 2017, i.e., Friday. It is of the opinion that the students may have to face stress and tension while reaching the college and with a curfew and red alert issued in the surrounding areas of Punjab and Haryana, nothing can be predicted. A large number of students travel from other cities to the University to appear for the examinations. The varsity has also published an official notice regarding the same on its official website.
