GITAM University to commence counselling procedure from 15th May. The process will be continue until 18th May 2017.
Students who have qualified in the GITAM entrance test are now eligible to take admission among the three campus of Gandhi Insitute of Technology and Management (GITAM). Students will be allotted seats from various programs like M.Pharmacy/ M.Tech./ B.Pharm/ B.Arch./ 6 Year Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.)/ B.Tech in the field of engineering, pharmacy and architecture for the academic year 2017-18.

The counselling process will take place at six centres in India as mentioned below:
- Hyderabad campus of GITAM
- Bangalore campus of GITAM
- Vishakhapatnam campus of GITAM
- Hyderabad city
- Tirupathi
- Vijayawada
Please note that candidates belonging to the physically handicapped category will have to attend the counselling session at Vishakhapatnam centre only.
The first 6,000 rank holders of GITAM will be called for the first round of the counselling session on 15th May. While the candidates obtaining rank between 6001 to 13,500 will have to attend the counselling on the second day i.e. 16th May and the candidates securing rank from 13,501 to 21,000 will have to attend the counselling on 17th May. For the last day of the counselling on 18th May, the students with ranks from 21,001 to 30,000 will be called.

Eligible students are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 for the counselling. Students are required to download the counselling letter from the official website and take at least two copies of the same before attending the counselling process.
