IIM Rohtak has launched a management studies programme for working professionals. Applicants who participate in this programme will acquire knowledge and skills as well as individualised learning, and multi-functional leadership perspectives.
A two-year executive Master of Management Studies (eMMS) has been introduced by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak. It is specially launched for highly skilled working professionals. This programme meets the needs of the working professionals. Candidates who wish to join/enroll themselves in the programme can do so by April 11th, 2022.
The eMMS programme is designed in such a manner that the candidates acquire extensive knowledge of practical as well as leadership skills. The focus is on multi-functional views and learning. The programme will be conducted in both online and offline mode.
Director Dheeraj Sharma, IIM Rohtak, on the launch event of the programme says, that the programme is designed to provide the modern-day principles along with practical knowledge. The carefully designed programme ensures that each candidate comes out to be an excellent manager even in the most complicated situations.
Additionally, the eMMS programme focuses on improving managerial skills and decisions making skills prominent as a leader. Hence, any candidate with a minimum of three years experience with Managerial, Professional, and Entrepreneurial experience can reap the maximum benefit from the program.
Further, the eligibility criteria for the programme requires a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, minimum of three years experience in an entrepreneurial, managerial, or professional field. An entrance test and a round of personal interviews will be conducted by the institute itself. Qualifying candidates can join the programme. Also, candidates with CAT/GRE/GMAT scores within the recent five years need not appear for the entrance test.
