KCET 2021 B.Tech Round 1 Cutoff - Check College & Category-Wise Closing Ranks

KCET 2021 Round 1 cutoff for B.Tech has been released on November 27 along with the seat allotment result. The Round 1 cutoff determines the closing ranks of various colleges as per the seat allotment. Rank secured by candidates is the major criterion for KCET 2021 seat allotment. The Round 1 cutoff has been released for two categories such as General Merit & Hyderabad-Karnataka (KAR-HYD) region.

Candidates who wish to participate in the Round 2 counselling will have to check the Round 1 cutoff to re-arrange the college options accordingly. It is important to check the category-wise closing ranks to edit the options for Round 2. Usually, KEA conducts two rounds of KCET counselling followed by an extended round.

After the KCET seat allotment, it is mandatory for all the students to visit the allotted institute for admission and seat confirmation. In case any candidate fails to visit the campus for admission or to confirm their seats, then his/ her seat is canceled.
