If you do not get a seat as per the mock allotment, it is important to refer to the mock round cutoff and rearrange the options accordingly. For example, you selected MS Ramaiah College & CSE course as the first option and your KCET rank is 26,000. However, the admission at the respective college for CSE closed at 24,000 rank as per the mock round. In such cases, the chances of admission with 24,000 rank are limited. Therefore, it is important to rearrange the options and choose the appropriate colleges as the first five options.
