OUAT application form 2023 window will open after the official announcement from the respective authorities. Candidates who wish to enroll at the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology for various PG and UG courses in streams such as Agriculture, Agro-Polytechnic and Animal Husbandry are advised to check their eligibility before applying for the exam. OUAT 2023 Application Dates 

OUAT application form 2023 window will open after the official announcement from the concerned authorities. The mode of application for the entrance examination is online. The exam authorities will release the official OUAT UG entrance application form on the official website. The forms will not be available offline and the candidates applying must select the ‘OUAT apply online’ option.

As per notification, the events and dates related to the application process such as OUAT Application form's last date, OUAT the application form B's last date etc are listed in the table below.

OUAT Eligibility Criteria

To be able to be considered for selection, there are certain OUAT eligibility criteria that the candidates should fulfill. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

• Nationality- The candidates who have applied for the OUAT exam should be of Indian origin only. The candidates will have to show proof of their nationality at the time of the exam.

• Educational Qualifications- Candidates appearing for the OUAT exam should have completed their 10+2 education from a government-recognized board. 

• Marks- The candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in their qualifying exam to be considered for selection. ST/SC/PwD candidates should score 40%.

• Age- The candidates appearing for the OUAT exam should be at least 17 years old as of December 31 2022 to be eligible to attempt the exam. 

• Number of Attempts- The commission has laid no such limitation on how many times a candidate can appear for the exam. Candidates are eligible to apply until they exceed the maximum age limit.

Steps to fill OUAT Application Form 2023

The process of application for the university entrance test will be a two-form procedure with OUAT application form A and form B. Check out the steps to know how to apply for OUAT 2023 which are listed below:

Step 1: Fill out the OUAT 2023 Application Form and Register

• To begin the online registration process, go to the official website and click on the link 'Submission of Online Application Form for OUAT Common Entrance Examination 2023.'
• For the purpose of registration, candidates must submit a valid email address, mobile number and Aadhaar number/enrollment number. They must input the proper mobile number, as the institution will send an SMS to authenticate it using OTP.
• The application form will then appear on the screen. Participants must fill out personal information (name, gender, date of birth, religion, category and so on), academic information and communication information (address, email ID and mobile number).
• After you've filled out all of the fields on the application form, click 'Register and Proceed.' An application ID and password generated by a computer will be given to the registered mobile number via SMS. On the applicant's login page, candidates must use this unique ID and password as login credentials.

Step 2: Payment of Application Fees

• The non-refundable application fees for the OUAT 2023 common entrance test must be paid by each applicant. Fees can be paid in both an online and an offline way.
• The costs can be paid online with a debit/credit card or using net banking. They can also pay in cash at a Common Service Center near them (Jana Seva Kendra).
• The application cost is INR 1350 for all categories of candidates. They must fill out the relevant payment information on the bank website, save the transaction receipt and print it.

Step 3: Uploading Images and Documents

After that, applicants must upload scanned photographs of their passport-sized photo and signature. Students interested in pursuing graduate and doctoral degrees must also upload certificates and mark memoranda. The prospectus will detail the required documents, as well as the size and format constraints. A confirmation page will appear after you've completed all of the preceding stages. This page must be printed for future correspondence by candidates.

How to Fill OUAT 2023 Form B?

OUAT Form B is to be filled by candidates after clearing OUAT entrance exam 2023 while applying for admission. Candidates can log into the official website as they did for the filling of application form-A to avail of Form B which is mandatory. Following are the steps on how to apply for OUAT form B:

Step 1: Visit the official website and log in using the credentials provided. 

Step 2: Select the window showing “Activity” to avail the Form B.

Step 3: Select the link that reads “OUAT UG 2023-Application”.

Step 4: The application number of the candidate which will be sent to the registered Email ID during the time of filing Form A must be entered.

Step 5: If the application number is correct, Form B with partially filled details from Form A will pop up on the screen. 

Step 6: Edit the needed fields accordingly within the stipulated dates and submit the form to complete the process. 

Important Points for OUAT Application Form A and Form B

As mentioned above, there are two forms to be filled out for the OUAT application online procedure. Form A consists of personal details and information related to the exam events such as exam centers and educational qualifications. OUAT form B application form is compulsory for the admissions process for UG courses. 

• Any wrong information entered in Form B will result in the disqualification of the candidate

• Edits and OUAT application form correction can be done until the last date of submission of Form B

• The application Form-B will be available online to those candidates who have submitted Form–A. This includes candidates of J&K under PMSSS, Kashmiri Migrant, Kashmiri Pandit (Non-Migrant), and Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant) 

• No hard copies of the documents are to be submitted to the examination center

• Candidates must recheck their eligibility before starting the filling out the OUAT application form

How to Retrieve OUAT 2022 Registration Number or Password?

Candidates will be allotted an application number for OUAT 2022 during the registration and application process. If an individual forgets his password, then the steps involved in retrieving it are given below:

• Go to the registered candidate’s login page and enter your registered application number.

• Click on ‘Forgot Password.

• Applicants will be required to enter their application number, mobile number and date of birth.

• A new password will be generated which will be sent to the student by SMS
