Odisha B.Sc agriculture admission counselling process is a very simple online and interactive process. The counselling process is divided into the following stages - 

  • Registration for online counselling  

  • Choice Filling

  • Seat Allocation

  • Locking of the allocated seat/ Option for up-gradation  

  • Payment for the allocated seat

  • Document verification

Registration for online counselling

  • Click on the link available on this page to the official website of the Odisha B.Sc agriculture admission counselling registration process

  • Login using your registered email address or mobile number

  • Click on the “Register” tab under the “Activity” section in the counselling dashboard

  • Pay the counselling registration fee of INR 500

Odisha B.Sc Agriculture Admission Seat Allotment Process 2021

The allocation of seats into various B.Sc agriculture colleges of Odisha through the OUAT seat allotment process is done based on the - 

  • The rank of the candidates

  • Preference/choice of course by the candidate

  • Availability of the preferred seat

The candidates are notified about the seats allocated to them through their registered mobile number or email address. After they get the seat allotment notification, they must log in to the dashboard and check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter. The steps to check the allocation and payment of the seat allocation fee have been provided in the following table -

Dashboard -> Activity Section -> Find the service you had applied -> Click on ‘Check Allocation’ -> Enter Application Number -> Click on ‘Take Action’ -> Navigate to Allocation Page -> Check the allocation details -> Click on Pay -> Navigated to SB collect page for OUAT-> Select UG admission *-> Enter Application No. -> The seat allocation details and amount of fees to be paid will come up -> Enter name, email id and Phone number (for receipt generation) -> Submit

Seat Upgradation - Candidates not satisfied with their allocated seats can opt for this process where they do not have to pay the allocation fee and wait until the declaration of the subsequent round of seat allotment result. If a higher seat is allocated in the subsequent round then the previous allotment is automatically cancelled. Candidates applying for the “upgradation” process must download the upgradation letter and wait for the declaration of the next round of seat allotment results.

BHU does not offer M. Tech in Food Technology course. However, it offers M.Sc in Food Science and Technology course. Admission in M.Sc. (Food Science and Technology) course at IIT BHU is done on the basis of BHU PET entrance exam. BHU PET 2020 will be held from August 16 to 31, 2020.
