NID DAT 2024 exam day instructions: The National Institute of Design will conduct the DAT 2024 exam on December 24, 2023. Candidates should reach the exam centre on the examination day by the scheduled time, post that no entrance will be allowed. Also, candidates should not forget to carry any of the required documents to the exam centre. For the same, the candidates are advised to keep the prerequisites handy before the exam day to avoid the last-minute hassle. Note, that if the candidates will not obey the exam day guidelines on the examination day, then they will be barred for the same.

NID DAT 2024 Exam Day Instructions 

Here is the list of the NID DAT exam day guidelines that should be followed on the examination day.

• Candidates should report to the allotted exam centre at 8 am. Lately, the candidates will be allowed to enter the exam centre by 9.30 am
• Keeping unauthorized things or copying or adopting any unfair means will lead to disqualification from the exam. Also, make sure that the candidates inside the exam hall are not talking to each other
• It is necessary to maintain a social distance at the exam centre
• Candidates should follow the rules and regulations, which will be instructed by the invigilator inside the exam hall 
• Candidates will not be allowed to bring the question booklet after the exam gets over outside the exam hall
• Until the exam is over, the candidates are not allowed to leave the exam hall
• Candidates should carry their pencils, pens, sharpeners, erasers and other stationary items
• Candidates are not allowed to carry a digital copy of the admit card. Instead, they should bring the printout of the NID DAT admit card

NID DAT 2024: Things to Carry and Not to Carry 

Check out the lists that the candidates can carry to the exam hall on the NID DAT 2024 exam:

• Black ballpoint pen for marking the answers on the OMR sheet
• Lead pencils
• Dry colors
• Sharpeners
• Eraser
• Ruler

Also, the candidates should not carry the following items inside the exam hall:

• Any printed materials or booklets
• Handbags, purse, wallets
• Papers, markers
• Electronic devices or smart watches, calculators
• Mobile phones etc.
