The premier university of Pune, Savitribai Phule Pune University will be offering a certificate course in the Persian language. Candidates who are interested in pursuing for the programme will have to submit their applications for the course and sit for the entrance exam on Oct 6th 2019.
The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has announced that they will be offering a weekend certificate course in the Persian language. The certificate course will be offered by SPPU Department of History.
Candidates who are interested in pursuing the certificate course in Persian at SPPU will need to submit the application forms. The aspirants are advised to;
Take a printout of the application form and fill in the important details for the admission process.
Submit the application form after completely and correctly entering all the details. The candidates will need to submit the application form at the administration office of the History Department at the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan.
SPPU Certificate Course in Persian Eligibility Criteria 2019
The candidates who are interested in pursuing the course will need to meet the eligiblity to pursue certificate course in Persian Langauge. Candidates who have completed their class 10 or any other equivalent examination will be able to sit for the entrance examination at the varsity for the course.
The Savitribai Phule Pune University has announced that an entrance exam will be conducted for the candidates who wish to pursue the course. The entrance examination for SPPU certificate course in Persian langauge will be conducted on 6th October 2019.
However, selection or admission to the certificate course in Persian will not allow the students to avail some of the facilities that are otherwise offered by the varsity. Among the facilities that have been kept out of bounds for the students include the hostel facilities, library services of the Jayakar Library along with the mess facilities of the campus.

Those who aspire to pursue the certificate course will be offered the reading and course material for the course. Since the programme will be offered as a weekend course, the candidates will be asked to appear for classes on Saturdays and Sundays. The total duration of the course will be completed in 50 hours.

Students who complete the entire 50-hour course will be awarded certificates for the same. The candidates interested in pursuing the Persian Language certificate course from SPPU will have to shed ₹3,000 as the course fee, which will be paid by the student if they qualify the entrance exam and get selected.
