Paytm & MobiKwik to Hire Graduates from IITs & IIMs
Good news is that MobiKwik is going to hire 300 graduates from IIMs and IITs at an average package of Rs. 15 lakh per annum.
Due to a surge in wallet transactions due to demonetization various mobile wallets firms like Paytm and MobiKwik are going to expand their business operations. For this purpose, they are planning to recruit 300 fresh graduates from Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other top higher educational institutions.

Paytm, the largest mobile payments platform is planning to hire 100 graduates this year, and MobiKwik will recruit 200 graduates to strengthen their business activities such as sales and marketing.
The reason for recruiting more number of graduates by Paytm and MobiKwik is the demonetization of Rs.500 and Rs.1,000 notes by the government. After the demonetization, around five million users registered with Paytm and the mobile transactions have reached Rs. 120 crore in a single day. On the other hand, MobiKwik has also witnessed 40% increase in daily app downloads.

Amit Sinha, Vice President of Paytm, revealed that they are going to hire both fresher and experienced graduates to keep up the growth.
Earlier, Paytm had hired graduates from BITS Pilani, Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, XLRI Jamshedpur, FMS Delhi, National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and MDI Gurgaon. Paytm will recruit graduates from these institutes this year too.

However, Freecharge owned by Snapdeal did not reveal any details about their recruitment process.
