S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research Admission goes through various processes starting from the application process to seat allotment. The step-by-step process of admission for SPJIMR is given below:

Step 1: Apply for admission by filling up the form at the official website or respective exam website.

Step 2: Appear for CAT , GMAT & GMAT Focus Edition entrance exam for PGDM.

Step 3: Obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the exam

Step 3: The applicants are shortlisted based on their profiles. They are also expected to meet the qualifying scores in at least one of the entrance exams. The profiles are scored and the applicants are sorted into two groups: Profile based (Phase 1) and Profile-cum-score based (Phase 2).

Step 3: Then comes the shortlisting part where the shortlist is based on their profile considering the following factors:

• Consistency of academic record

• Relevance of work experience for the specialisation chosen

• Versatility and achievements

S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research scholarship is offered to its meritorious students based on their performance. The student whose family income is less than Rs 8,00,000 per annum is provided with Mirae scholarship under Mirae Asset Foundation this scholarship is provided to meritorious and needy students of both first and 2nd year the top two participants are awarded with rs 5,00,000 each and they are also known as Mirae Asset Scholars. Applications are invited in July. A panel evaluates the financial need of the participant, as well as authenticates all the details provided. Based on panel evaluations applicants are provided partial or full financial assistance.

SPJIMR’s CEdSS Organises Roundtable on ‘Industry-NGO-Academia Collaboration.'

• SPJIMR and the US Consulate on Monday (Aug 22, 2016) organised a roundtable on ‘Industry-NGO-Academia Collaboration’ bringing together various NGOs for discussion on how academic institutions and non-profits could work with industry and support NGOs to reach a larger number of people.
• Prof. Rukaiya Joshi, Chairperson of SPJIMR’s Centre for Education in Social Sector (CEdSS), spoke on the relevance of NGOs in developing value creation by learning to do things differently. “This event is the beginning of discussing various models of collaborations," she said.
• SPJIMR’s CEdSS is already working with Novartis and various NGOs to provide training in the area of thalassemia and cancer care under a pioneering model that connects academics, industry and non-profits.
• The keynote speaker, Mr. Anthony Boccanfuso, President, University Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP) appreciated the good work done by the NGOs in India. He emphasised the effective implementation of projects and the need of innovation in the sector.
