Guidelines for DU Special Admission Drive 2018-19: -

Candidates aspiring to seek admission through DU special admission drive 2018-19 must follow the guidelines mentioned below.

  • Applicants belonging to reserved quota or categories who missed to apply in respective categories can apply now by requesting a change (if any) in their categories. The reserved categories include Minority (Sikh), CW, Ward Quota, KM, PWD, OBC, ST and SC.
  • All the candidates (belonging to different categories) who are eligible for the admission through special recruitment after the rectification process will get admission in that particular category. These candidates are eligible for the admission to entrance-based UG courses. DU will announce the names of these candidates in the next admission list. These candidates are not eligible to claim admission in the already announced admission list.
  • Women applicants and the residents of NCT Delhi who did not apply for admission in NCWEB will be automatically considered for the admission to NCWEB. DU will consider these applicants for the admission only if they meet any of the preceding cut-offs.
  • On the other hand, NCWEB applicants who secured admission, and failed to pay the fee within the stipulated date will get another chance to pay the course fee and confirm the admission.
  • Candidates who did not get admission or cancelled admission until fourth cut-off list are eligible for the admission based on the sixth cut-off list.
