A Plea to cancel the class 12 board exams 2021 has been filed in the Supreme by Advocate Mamta Sharma. As per the plea, CBSE class 12 result 2021 should be declared on the basis of objective methodology. The petition in SC is directed towards the Centre, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). Supreme Court will begin hearing on CBSE, ICSE class 12 board exams 2021 today i.e. 31st May 2021. In the CBSE SC hearing, the bench will consider the petition seeking to cancel Class 12 Board exams.
According to the petition demanding the cancellation of CBSE, CISCE class 12 board exams 2021, it is not possible to conduct the exam due to the second wave of COVID. The plea demands the board to release the result on the basis of objective methodology. The delay in class 12 result 2021 will hamper the admissions of the students applying to foreign universities. Supreme Court is yet to take a decision on the cancellation of CBSE/ CISCE class 12 board exams 2021.CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 cancellation petition hearing has been adjourned to Thursday, June 3.

The plea further stated that.CBSE and CISCE must devise an objective methodology to declare the results within the specified time otherwise it will affect around 12 lakh student and their academic year.
Also, CBSE has rejected the reports suggesting that the class 12 board exams 2021 have been cancelled. The board informed that no decision has been taken regarding the same. Any decision regarding the cancellation of class 12 board exams 2021 will officially be communicated to the public.
Ministry of Education has further clarified that the decision on CBSE class 12 board exams will probably be taken by May 25 instead of in the first week of June.SC is yet to take a decision on the petition filed against the cancellation of class 12 board exams 2021.
