•  The jury's verdict should be conclusive and irrevocable. Degree 2 is a degree of mentorship rather than instruction. Level 2 and level 3 payments will also contain additional GST as they are full fees alone without any discounts.
• Students understand that options for levelling up primarily depend on personal preference rather than cash. He or she is aware that in order to succeed in the course, achieving excellence is a must for level development. Under extreme circumstances, a student may be allowed to restart the module provided space is available and extra fees are made.
• Parallel modules are often not permitted. On rare occasions, a parallel module may be allowed for a price.
• Degree applicants must successfully complete 6 terms in order to be eligible to take the degree exams.
• The student is aware that the partner companies are fictitious and may change based on the availability and interest of the partners. Because the start date for the Industry level depends on the Partner and is subject to change, options may be investigated at that point. The cost would increase in direct proportion to how long the industry-level training would last.
• The student runs the danger of being immediately removed if they violate any local, state, or federal laws.
• The student is aware that all of the work and assignments he or she completes for the course belong to the institution.
• The student understands that upon payment of an Early Exit Fee, which is currently Rs 10,000, he or she may EXIT after any module (modules typically last four months).
• All applicable taxes, including institute-specific taxes, are included in the  fees. If any courses were taken that the NSDC did not approve, the appropriate taxes may be due.
• The student is aware that any further certificates offered are subject to payment of any fees that may apply.
• The student is aware that being accepted for a scholarship is contingent upon submitting an application, and that acceptance is not guaranteed.
• The fact that all suitable candidates who have finished the course, paid off any outstanding debts, demonstrated discipline and consistency during the course, and have also satisfied additional prerequisites will receive placement assistance is known to the students.
• All fees agreed upon are binding and cannot be changed throughout the term of the course, with the exception of changes in legal requirements or additional taxes.
• The student vows that they will not put off doing their work under any circumstances.
