GUVI - a Startup to help Students affected by COVID-19

Free of cost online IT skilling courses are being offered by GUVI - an IIT Madras startup for students preparing for their campus placements. The objective of GUVI is to help those students who have been impacted deeply by COVID-19 resulting in a nation-wide shutdown. The students have to register themselves to avail the courses offered for free of cost by GUVI at www.guvi.io. Most of the training centres through which the students earlier used to prepare for campus placements have been shut down to prevent the spread of Coronavirus or COVID-19.

Not only those who have been affected by the spread of COVID-19, but all the engineering students will be provided free access to the platform for two weeks. The specialized courses offered by GUVI will help the students become job-ready by enhancing their skills from the comfort zones of their home.
