Application forms for JMI Admissions 2017 for various engineering courses have been released by New Delhi-based Jamia Millia Islamia University. Candidates can apply online. Aspiring students applying at JMI for engineering courses have to submit registration number of JEE Mains 2017 in the online application form. This signifies that the applicant must appear in JEE Mains 2017.

B.Tech Courses Offered at Jamia Millia Islamia:
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics & Comm Engineering
- Civil Engineering
B.Arch Course (5 Year) Offered at Jamia Millia Islamia:
- B. Arch
- B.Arch (Self Finance)
Eligibility for B.Tech Course:
- Must clear 12th standard or its equivalent from a recognised Board
- Must have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as the main subjects
- Must get 55% marks in PCM
- The minimum age of the candidate for appearing in the exam is 17 years (on 1st October of admission year)
Or
- 3-4 years duration diploma in engineering recognised by a state board or AICTE
- Must have at least 55% marks
- The minimum age of the candidate for appearing in the examination is 17 years (on 1st October of admission year)
Eligibility for B.Arch Course:
- Candidates who have cleared 12th exam
- Secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate
- Must have Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English
Or
- 3-4 years duration diploma in engineering recognised by a state board or AICTE
- Must have 50% marks in aggregate

Important Dates to Apply for the Exam:
- Online forms available: 10th December 2016
- Last date to submit the online form: 3rd March 2017
How to Apply for the Course:
While applying for JMI, follow the following stages of procedure:
- Log on the website site for registration process
- Select the course of choice
- Complete the application form with all relevant information
- Candidates have to upload scanned image of their signature and photograph
- Pay a fee of INR 500 through online mode while using Credit card/ATM-cum-Debit card/Net Banking
- If a candidate does not have the online facilities, they can pay the application fee at any branch of SBI through Challan downloaded from the application portal
