JoSAA 2021 first mock allotment result that was supposed to be released at 10:00 AM on October 22 has been delayed. Many students reported that they were unable to find the mock allotment on the Login portal of the JoSAA 2021 website. This is not the first time that JoSAA delayed the mock allotment result. Last year too, the mock allotment result was delayed and was released by evening. Candidates who are eagerly waiting to check the mock allotment result must wait patiently for some time to check the result. So far, there is no update from JoSAA with regard to the delay in releasing the first mock allotment.

October 22, 2021: JoSAA first mock allotment result 2021 has been released
Only those candidates who had filled choices until 5:00 PM of October 21 shall be included in the mock allotment. Once the mock allotment result is out, the candidates can edit the options (if required) and wait for the second mock allotment. This will give a clear picture of the actual JoSAA 2021 Round 1 seat allotment that is scheduled to be released on October 27.

Candidates who do not get an allotment in the first mock round need not worry. It is important to check the previous years’ JoSAA opening & closing ranks and re-arrange the choices accordingly. The second mock allotment result of JoSAA 2021 will be released on October 24, and the last date to edit/ fill/ choices is October 25.
