List of Documents Required for JoSAA Counselling 2021 - Upload Process, Instructions

Here is the list of documents required for JoSAA counselling 2021. Checklist of documents to be submitted at the time of JoSAA reporting. The online registration for JoSAA 2021 counselling has started.

JoSAA Documents List

JoSAA 2021 counselling began on October 16, and the candidates who are eligible for the counselling as per the eligibility rules specified can participate in the JoSAA counselling for admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. The candidates will have to upload the documents at the time of registration for JoSAA counselling/ online reporting. The list of documents that the candidates need to upload for verification is different for IITs and NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the list of documents required to upload at the time of registration/ online reporting.

After each round of seat allotment, the candidates will have to upload the documents mentioned below in PDF format. The candidates are not required to visit the reporting centres, and the certificates will be verified online.

JoSAA 2021: List of Documents to be Uploaded for NITs, GFTIs and IIITs

The following documents are required to be uploaded at the time of registration or online reporting for admission in NITs, GFTIs and IIITs -

Class 12th Mark Sheet/ Certificate

Class 10th Mark Sheet

Category Certificate (only applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ General-EWS)

In the case of the OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2021

JEE Main Admit Card

Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority

Crossed Bank Cheque copy / Image of Passbook with bank account details

Medical Certificate (in specified Format available on JoSAA-2021 format)

OCI/PIO card, if applicable

Passport (if applicable)

Yes. The candidates will have to submit the OBC-NCL certificate which has been issued after April 01, 2021.

The candidates will have to produce the latest EWS-Gen Certificate issued after April 01, 2021.

Here is the list of documents to be uploaded for admission in IITs -

Class X Mark Sheet/Certificate or Birth Certificate (for Date-of-Birth)

Class XII Mark Sheet (Qualifying Examination)

Crossed Bank Cheque copy / Image of Passbook with bank account details

Medical Certificate

Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS), if applicable

In case of OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2021.

After the KCET seat allotment, it is mandatory for all the students to visit the allotted institute for admission and seat confirmation. In case any candidate fails to visit the campus for admission or to confirm their seats, then his/ her seat is canceled.

Yes, B.Tech lateral entry is available at Siddhartha Institute of Technology & Science for which the admission is done on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying exam. The candidates who have completed their degree in Diploma in Engineering course will be eligible for B.Tech lateral entry admission. For ICAR AIEEA, if you have a score above 200, you can easily get a good college. Your score is excellent with which you can get some of the top institutes for the admission. However, it also depends on the category you belong to(General/ OBC/ SC/ ST).
