UP B.Ed JEE 2021 also known as Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Exam that is scheduled to be conducted on May 19 has been postponed. The new exam date will be confirmed soon. The entrance exam has been postponed due to the sudden rise in the number of Covid-19 cases since mid-March. As almost 5 lakh candidates have registered for the UP B.Ed JEE 2021, it is not a safe decision to conduct the entrance exam in the current scenario. Many students requested the government to postpone the exam, as they did not have enough time for the preparation considering the delay in the 2020-21 academic session. On the other hand, with the rise in the number of Covid-19 cases, many universities have been shut down leading to academic disturbance.
