UP B. Ed JEE 2022 Exam Pattern

UP B. Ed JEE 2022 will be conducted in the offline (pen and paper) mode. The exam will be conducted for a duration of a total of 6 hours for which 3 hours will be allocated to each of the paper. There will be two major papers in the exam, paper A and paper B. The language of the paper will be Hindi and English and the type of questions will be objective type questions. There will be a total of 50 objective type questions in each of the four sections. Two marks will be awarded for a correct answer and one-third of the marks will be deducted for an incorrect answer. The exam will be conducted for a total of 400 marks which will be divided into 100 marks for each of the four sections in the paper. The paper A exam will consist of questions from General Knowledge and Language Comprehension and paper B will consist of questions from General Aptitude and Subject Ability. UP B.Ed JEE 2022 Section-Wise Analysis

Before taking the exam, aspirants should have a basic understanding of UP B.Ed JEE 2022. The UP BEd JEE Exam will take a total of 6 hours to complete. The exam will be held in two shifts, one in the morning which will have Paper I and one in the afternoon which will have Paper-II. The UP B.Ed JEE 2022 question paper will have 200 (MCQs) Multiple Choice Questions across all four sections.

Candidates will be given two marks for each correct answer to any question from both papers. For each incorrect answer, a third of a point will be deducted from any section. All sections will be equally weighted.

Both the UP B.Ed JEE Paper I and Paper II will have 100 questions in total, with Part A and Part B each having 50 questions.

UP B.Ed JEE 2022 Exam Day Guidelines

The UP B.Ed JEE 2022 examination is going to be conducted on July 6, 2022. The exam officials have prepared some guidelines for the applicants. Check out some of the exam day guidelines below:

  • Check the eligibility criteria of the exam on the official website of UP B.Ed JEE 2022.
  • Candidates must be aware of the fact that the application form once submitted cannot be edited.
  • Once the application form is submitted, the exam authorities won’t entertain any sort of objections regarding the form.
  • Students cannot send their academic scorecard or certificate to the concerned university. 
  • During the counselling process of UP B.Ed JEE 2022, students have to provide all the original documents.
  • Students are requested to keep a copy of the duly submitted application form and the original copy of the certificates. It is very important for the students to jot down the registration number till the time of the completion of the admission process.
  • The candidates have to upload the necessary documents like a self-attested copy of the photograph and a scanned signature during the registration process for UP B.Ed JEE 2022. The resolution of the self-attested photographs must be 35mm X 45mm and not exceed 50KB in size. The size of the scanned signature should also be less than 20KB. Both the scanned documents should be in jpg/jpeg format. 
  • On the day of the examination, students must carry the UP B.Ed JEE 2022 admit card and the candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card. 
  • Students cannot enter the examination hall with any paper or sheet.
  • Candidates must carry an original photo ID proof during the examination day and on the day of the UP B.Ed JEE 2022 counselling for verification purposes.
  • The students on the day of the UP B.Ed JEE 2022 test cannot enter the examination hall with any electronic devices like calculators, mobiles, etc. No eatables or books are allowed in the examination hall. 
  • PwD candidates can bring someone with them for the written test but the educational qualification of that person must be below the higher secondary level.

  • Candidates must ensure that they are familiar with the syllabus and exam format.
  • Setting a timeline will assist candidates in properly revising the syllabus.
  • Candidates should rehearse using old question papers, practise papers, and other revising techniques.
  • Applicants should take frequent breaks to avoid overworking themselves.
  • Aspirants should maintain a revisions book or a revision sheet in order to go keep a note on the revisions.
