Instead of UPSEE or UPCET exam score, AKTU will consider the rank of the B.Arch applicants in the NATA entrance examination from the academic year 2021-22. NATA 2021 phase 3 registrations conclude on 26th August. NATA 2021 phase 3 is scheduled to be held on 03rd September 2021.

AKTU B.Arch admission Criterion Revised

As per the latest announcement made by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, candidates aspiring to apply for B.Arch admission at AKTU and affiliated colleges must now have a valid NATA exam score. The AKTU officials issued a notice which stated that candidates aspiring to take admission into the 5-year undergraduate architecture programme in the academic session 2021-22 will only be considered if they have a valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture or NATA exam.  The NATA phase 3 exam registration concludes on 26th August and the application form link will be deactivated at 4:59 PM. The third phase of the NATA 2021 examination will be conducted on the 03rd of September.

Earlier, for B.Arch admission at AKTU and its affiliated colleges, the candidates needed to appear in the UPSEE exam and secure a valid rank. UPCET (earlier called as UPSEE) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by AKTU for aspirants looking to apply for admission into various undergraduate, postgraduate and lateral entry programmes offered at APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology (MMMUT) Gorakhpur
