ICAR AIEEA 8th Sept 2021 Shift 1 Question Paper Analysis, Answer Key

Day 2 & Shift 1 of ICAR AIEEA 2021 has been conducted on September 8 for UG Agriculture courses such as B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, B.F.Sc, B.Sc Forestry, Sericulture, B.Tech Agriculture Engineering, Bio-Technology and Dairy Technology. As per the 2021 exam pattern, the question paper has a total number of 150 questions, and each question carries 4 marks. The exam is conducted for 600 marks, and there is a negative mark of -1 for each wrong attempt. The exam takes place in 4 streams such as PCB, PCM, PCA and ABC (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture). The official response sheet is expected to be released within 2-4 days after the exam, and the results are expected after September 20.

Shift 1 Analysis Major Highlights of ICAR AIEEA 8th September 2021

The Shift 1 exam has concluded. As per the primary feedback received, some of the major highlights of ICAR AIEEA 8th September 2021 Shift 1 are as follows -

For the PCB stream, the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate
Physics was moderate to difficult in terms of difficulty level
There were more numerical type questions in Physics (on Day 1, many students reported theory-based questions in Physics)
Biology was moderate but some students reported that they had confusion over assertation questions
There were almost 25 assertation-type questions in Biology
Chemistry was moderate with a decent weightage for Organic Chemistry. There were also questions from Chemical Equilibrium, Solid State
The biology section had questions from Plant Physiology, Ecosystem, Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Evolution
The physics section had a decent number of questions from Magnetism, Current Electricity, Optics, Thermodynamics, Semiconductors
Mathematics was moderate but lengthy for the PCM stream
Many students reported that some questions were out of NCERT
A few students even compared that ICAR AIEEA is tougher than NEET. However, as per experts, NEET will not much assertation type questions
Some students also reported assertation type questions in Mathematics
From Chemistry, the Class 12 syllabus had a higher weightage than Class 11
