ICSE Class 10 Physics Passing Marks 2026
ICSE Class 10 Physics passing criteria for this 2025-26 academic session remain consistent with standard CISCE guidelines for 2026. You need to secure at least 33% aggregate marks out of 100 in ICSE, combining theory and internal assessment. Apart from this, you also have to obtain at least 35% in 5 subjects out of 6. For Physics, 28 is the minimum passing score out of 80 in theory. While in a 20-mark internal assessment, at least 7 marks are required out of 20 to pass that component. It is compulsory to pass both the component and overall aggregate to count toward the five-subject best-of-five for the pass certificate.ICSE Class 10 Grading System 2026
The ICSE Class 10 grading system 2026 follows a 9-point numerical scale for external theory exams and a letter-based scale for internal assessments. For internal assessments, the Council uses grades A-E, with E being a fail. You are required to get a minimum grade of 7 (or equivalent 33% aggregate per subject) to pass, with grades 8 and 9 indicating failure. Total marks for each subject are 100 marks, which is split by group: Group I/ II subjects have 80 theory + 20 internal; Group III has 50 theory + 50 internal.ICSE Class 10 Marksheet 2026
