IIM Indore is going to organize An “Expert Talk Series” on 4th June 2016 (10 AM to 1 PM) On“Marketing for Profit Maximization” where Prof. Manoj Motiani from IIm,Indore will handle it.

Many of the small industries today are facing stiff competition from domestic as well as International competitors. Most of the times it is not about the quality of the product that is in question, but the way in which the marketing principles are applied. The right business models combined with the right blend of marketing strategies, lead to products that prove to be the cash cows for your business.

As is rightly said, sales starts from how to sell the existing product, but marketing starts from what products to make? Which markets to target etc. Marketing is all about, creating a need and filling it.

This session will dwell upon Choosing right marketing strategies, scenario planning with the special focus on Small and medium Industries.The resource person will be Prof. Manoj Motiani, Professor in the marketing area of IIM Indore.A token participation fee of Rs 2000/- (Two thousand only) plus 14.5% of service tax per participant will be charged.
