About NEET 2018

NEET UG is one of the most popular entrance exams conducted in India for admission in medical courses (MBBS) and dental courses (BDS) offered at Private/Government medical colleges of India. NEET is conducted in offline (pen and paper based) mode in 10 different languages (including Hindi & English). After conducting the entrance exam, CBSE prepares an all-India rank list based on the instructions of the Medical Council of India.

 

NEET 2018 Conducting Body

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG). NEET (Undergraduate) is organised by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), Delhi for the admission to various medical and dental courses of India. The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to conducting the entrance examination, announcing the result and providing All India Ranks to the Directorate General Health Services, Government of India.
