7th Conclave of Vigilance Officers at IPE Auditorium, Osmania University

The programme of the year ‘Conclave of Vigilance Officers’ was held in the Auditorium on 18th & 19th Feb. 2016 and it was a big success. The Director Prof. R.K. Mishra delivered the welcome address. Sri S K Acharya CMD NLC & member of the board of governors inaugurated the conclave.

Dr. Ambasht, IFS CVO ONGC & Bharat Petroleum Corporation released the souvenir. Sri P Goswami, IRS, Director & CVO Nuclear power corporation , and Sri G V Appa Rao Director (HR) and Chief of Vigilance APGENCO delivered their special address. Dr. Narendranath Menon coordinated the inaugural session.

Eleven “Corporate Vigilance Excellence Awards” were presented sector wise including Banking. During the first Technical Session I, CVOS of Union Bank of India, SIDBI, Canara Bank, UCO Bank made their presentations. Dr. S Sreenivasa Murthy, the Dean, coordinated this session. During the second technical session (all non-banking sectors- Manufacturing, Mining, steel & metals) eight presentations were made by the respective CVOs. Dr. Jagan Mohan Reddy an associate professor of IPE coordinated this session. Sri M L Sai Kumar was a guest at the valedictory session on19th Feb 2016.
