Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering invites application for first year engineering admission (2015-16) for Computer, Mechanical Engineering , E& TC, IT and Civil Engineering.

Major Steps In the Admission through CAP (2015 - 16)

• Filling of Online Application Form for Centralized Admission to Engineering/Technology by eligible candidates
• Document Verification & Confirmation of Online Application form at Application Form Receipt Centers(ARCs)
• Display of Provisional Merit List of candidates who have confirmed the online Application Form on DTE website.
• Submission of Grievances (if any) at ARC
• Display of Final Merit List of candidates on the website.
• Filing and Confirmation of Option form for Round I by candidate through his/her Login
• Display of Allotment of CAP Round I on the website.
• Reporting to respective Institutes as per allotment of CAP Round-I
• Filling of Online Option Form for CAP Round II by the candidate through his/her Login.
• Confirmation of Option form for Round II by candidate through his/her Login
• Display of Allotment of CAP Round II on the website.
• Reporting to respective Institutes as per allotment of CAP Round-II
• CAP Round - III by counselling and reporting to respective Institute

Eligibility Criteria For FE Admission

• Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics, English,Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject added together.
• Obtained a positive Composite score i.e. score obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main) 2015 (Paper 1) marks percentile and 50% of Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics marks percentile.
