Ashlesha Ganorkar tops MHCET from Nagpur city

In MHT-CET exams, results declared on June 1, 2016, Ashesha Ganorkar from Shivaji Science College scored 198 marks out of 200 (PMT Medical) and secured the first position in the city Nagpur.

Ashlesha Ganorkar said that wants to become Surgical Oncologist in future and will choose the medical field as a future career.

While explaining about the importance of tuition classes, she said that for her tuitions played an important role in her success. One needs proper directions for study and one gets that proper direction only in tuition classes. However, she stressed that Self-study too is equally important. Ashlesha Ganorkar believes in regular hard work instead of last moment preparations.

While speaking about her hobbies and stress-busters, she said that she is a “foodie” and loves to eat paani puri and ice cream which helps her to stay away from tensions. She claimed that she enjoys swimming and reading novels which help to keep her mind relaxed and refreshed.

While speaking about being active on social networking sites and apps, she said that she kept herself away from social networking sites for one whole year since she considered it as a sheer distraction.

She further added self-study was a major benefit for her in scoring a top score in the examination.
