Assam NEET UG Counselling 2025 Choice Filling: The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam, begins Assam NEET UG Counselling 2025 Choice Filling process today, July 30, 2025 , and will continue until August 2, 2025, at 10 PM. Eligible candidates who have completed the registration process can participate in the choice filling process on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in . During the choice filling process, candidates can select their preferred colleges and courses based on their NEET UG scores and ranks. It's essential to note that candidates can choose multiple colleges and courses as per their preference, and they can add, delete, or edit their choices until the choice locking process on August 2, 2025 (5 PM to 11:55 PM). After locking their choices, candidates will not be able to make any further changes.

Here are the important instructions for filling in college preferences for MBBS and BDS courses through Assam NEET UG Counselling 2025.

• Aspirants must ensure that eligibility criteria, including domicile requirements and academic qualifications, are met before exercising web choices.

• Complete the online registration before selecting college and course preferences. The deadline for submitting your online choices is August 2, 2025, at 10 PM.

• Keep required documents ready, including NEET scorecard, Class 12 mark sheet, domicile certificate, and caste certificate (if applicable).

• Candidates must lock choices securely before the deadline (August 2, 2025, 5 PM to 11.55 PM).

• Seats will be allocated based on NEET score, choices, and seat availability.

• Report to the allotted college with original documents for verification.

DME Assam will conduct the counselling process for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in government medical and dental colleges in Assam. The seat allotment result for Round 1 will be released on August 6, 2025.
