Calcutta Business School organised Programme on 'Management of Schools for Excellence'

Management of Schools for Excellence - Management Development Programme for School Leaders: A Five-day Fully Residential Management Development Programme was organised by Calcutta Business School.The programme was mainly arranged for Principals, Vice Principals, Heads, Deputy Heads, Administrators, Promoters and Senior Teachers associated with the management of various schools with a focus of interaction to build on a better development and management systems for school education system.

The MDP covered all dimensions of School Management with lively discussions, spirited debate and rewarding exchange of insights and experiences through formal and informal sessions to open up diverse opportunities towards excellence.

Besides one of the unique and distinctive feature of this programme that was seen, was the presentation of School Management Case Studies by educational leaders, covering The Doon School, Jesuit Schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and institutions inspired by Swami Vivekananda, Sri Aurobindo and Sri J. Krishnamurti. In addition, experts shared their views on the Management of Change, Continuous Development and Keeping Pace with Time.

The programme was incredibly interactive and factual in nature which cultivated a new sensation in school education management.At the end, strong insights of all the faculty members gave value to the thoughts and practices of the school leaders who were attending the programme.
