Gora Science Center in association with Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board will organize a drawing competition for College and School students of Vijayawada on 4-June-2016 . This competition is being conducted to mark World Environment Day on 5 th June. Director of Gora Science Center, G. Niyanta gave the details about the competition.
He said, “The college and school students of Vijayawada can participate in the drawing competition. The prizes will be distributed according to the age group. The competition is being conducted in junior, semi senior and senior category. College students come under senior category. The topic for the drawing competition is “Dependence of Life on Water and Trees”.
The students who are interested in taking part in the competition have to register themselves at Atheist center, Vijayawada on 4-June-2016 by 9.30 AM. The competition will commence at 10.00 AM and will continue till 11.30 AM. The Atheist center is located in Bahvanipuram, Vijayawada. Attractive prizes will be distributed to the winners on 5-June-2016 on the occasion of World environment Day Celebrations. This year the theme of the celebrations is “Join the race to make the world a better place” .
