Admission Criteria

• BA & B.Com

For the admission in B.A.- 1st year course the student should passed 10+2 in any stream and for B.Com the student should passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam with commerce or science background. The admission will be taken by merit list of 10+2 exam.

• MA & M.Com

For the admission in M.A. course the student should passed Graduation in any stream and for M.Com. the student should passed Graduation or its equivalent exam with commerce background.

• M Phil(Commerce & Political science)

For the admission in M.phil. course the student should passed post Graduation in the particular subject.

• Diploma in Business Management & Diploma in Account (Commerce)

For the admission in these courses the student should passed Graduation in commerce stream.

• BCA & BBA

For the admission in B.C.A. course the student should passed 10+2 or its equivalent course in any stream but mathematics as a one of the subject in their 10+2. and for B.B.A. the student should passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam with commerce or science background. The admission will take place availability of seat in the particular course.

• PGDCA & DCA

For the admission in PGDCA course the student should passed Graduation in any stream and for DCA the student should passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam in any background. The admission will take place availability of seat in the particular course.

Admission Procedure

• Candidates seeking admission shall apply in prescribed application form only given along with the college prospectus.
• All the entries in the form should be filled clearly and legibly by the candidates.
• The application form should be endorsed and signed by the Parents/Guardians.
• Application form should be submitted the candidate during the office hours.
• Documents to be submitted along with the application forms are as follows ...
• Mark sheet of previous examination passed.
• Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate.
• Other Documents as may be required in the individual cases like gap Certificate, eligibility certificate, migration certificate etc. the original documents must be Produced at the time of admission.
• Recent passport size color 3 photographs.
• Eligibilisty for admission : As per the rules of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur(C.G.).
• Selection of the Candidate : The admission will be made purely on the merit basis by The admission committee. The principal will have the right to refuse/cancel admission of a any candidate without assigning any reason.
• Mode of Payment : College fee and other necessary University charges to be paid at time of the admission by bank challan /cash fees once paid shall neither be refunded nor be carried forward or returned in any case.
• Refund of Caution Money : A student is entitled for the refund of caution money. (Only after leaving the college). Original receipt essential for of refund of caution money. The caution money will be forfeited if he refund is not obtained within one year leaving the college.
• Enclosures Required
• Photocopy of Mark sheets of class Xth and XII th(for 1st year students only)
• Mark sheet of previous examination passed.
• Transfer Certificate(original) and Character Certificate.
• Migration Certificate(original)(if candidate is not from C.G. Board)
• Eligibility Certificate (if candidate is not from C.G. state)
• Affidavit of Gap Certificate(if studies of candidate is not continuous)
• Certificate of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/OBC/Ex. Serviceman/Freedom Fighter/Physically Handicapped.
• Certificate of NCC/NSS/Sports/Cultural/Social Activities.
• Recent passport size color 3 photograph.
