The session began with the understanding of human rights and its aim to secure dignity, freedom and equality for all customer and employees working in the hotel.
Mr. Caroli emphasized that equality and diversity should be linked to your core agenda and looking after your guest, staff and local communities should be central to your business. The session was very informative, engaging and well received by the students.
