Gujarat NEET PG 2025 Choice Filling Underway: The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC) has declared that the Gujarat NEET PG 2025 choice filling is currently underway, which allows the registered applicants to choose and prioritise their preferred medical college and specialisation for getting admission into postgraduate medical courses in the state. This round is very important for aspirants who want to grab seats for MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses in government and private as well as deemed medical colleges in Gujarat.

Candidates who have completed the registration and document verification can now log in to the official counselling portal and start locking their college choices. The choice filling window is active for a short period of time, and candidates are requested to complete the process on or before November 27, 2025 , as incomplete and unsubmitted choices will not be considered for the seat allotment. The allocation of seats in Round 1 will be on the basis of NEET PG scores, reservation rules, number of seats, and choices opted for by the candidates.

Important guidelines to be followed while filling college preferences

Candidates participating in the Gujarat NEET PG 2025 Counselling choice filling process should keep certain points in mind to make the process smooth and strategic:

• Go through the seat matrix carefully before submitting the choices to know the number of seats in each speciality at each institute.
• The order of your preference is your priority when you rank colleges and courses, as seats are allotted based on that ranking.
• Add as many options as possible to maximise your chances in Round 1.
• Don’t wait for choice filling till the last minute, as the inevitable last-minute congestion on the server may cause errors.
• Save and preview your choices before you make the final submission to prevent any mistakes.
• Lock the options you have chosen within the time frame indicated; unlocked options will be treated as non-submission.
• Download & print the confirmation slip on locking of your choices for your record and future reference.
• Candidates are allowed to modify their options as many times as they want during the window and will not be able to make any changes after the locking deadline.

Following the conclusion of the choice-filling period, the seat allotment process will be carried out by the authorities, and the Round 1 allotment result will be released on the official website. Candidates who are allotted a seat are required to download their allotment letter and report to the college for fee payment and document verification as per the stipulated schedule. Dissatisfied with the allotment, a candidate also has a choice of upgradation in the later rounds.
