ICAR National Talent Scholarship 2025: ICAR National Talent Scholarship (NTS) 2025 is a scheme by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research to encourage talented students in agriculture and affiliated sciences. It provides a monthly financial allowance to merit students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, especially those studying outside their home state. The purpose of the scholarship is to support students in good educational performance, full-time study, and maintaining disciplined conduct. For undergraduates, the scholarship is Rs. 1,000 per month, while post-graduation students receive Rs. 3,000 per month. For Undergraduate (NTS-UG)

• Must take admission through the ICAR AIEEA-UG exam.
• Admission should be to a University outside the home state.
• The study must be full-time.
• Must maintain good academic performance, attendance, and conduct.
• Cannot hold any other scholarship at the same time.
• Should not leave/change the course or subject soon after admission.

For Postgraduate (NTS-PG)

• Must qualify ICAR AIEEA-PG exam.
• Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Allied Sciences.
• General/OBC/EWS: 60% marks (or equivalent OGPA).
• SC/ST/PwBD: 50% marks.
• Must meet age requirement (usually 19 years or above).
• Graduation must be completed by the specified date.
• Candidates not selected for the ICAR-PG Scholarship may get the NTS-PG (lower stipend).
• Scholarship may need to be refunded if the course is left early.
