IIM Raipur Launches MBA in Public Policy and Governance with Rs 50,000 Monthly Stipend

IIM Raipur has recently launched a new two-year MBA program in Public Policy and Governance in collaboration wth the Chhattisgarh Government. The last date to apply for this program is May 11, 2025. The program is fully sponsored by the Chhattisgarh Government. This special program aims to develop future public policy leaders by fusing academic brilliance with real-world governance experience, enabling young people in Chhattisgarh to make contributions to the state's progress. To guarantee access to high-quality education, the Chhattisgarh government will fully sponsor the program by paying the tuition fee for all enrolled students. Through a comprehensive curriculum that includes classroom instruction at IIM Raipur's cutting-edge campus and practical training with the Chhattisgarh Government, the MBA program gives students the leadership, decision-making, governance framework, and policy analysis skills they need to take on today's public administration challenges.

IIM Raipur MBA Public Policy and Governance Highlights

• The program specializes in Public Policy and Governance, and under this program, students will learn the leadership, decision-making, governance framework, and policy analysis skills they need to take on today's public administration challenges.
• The program will be administered through a comprehensive curriculum that includes classroom instruction at IIM Raipur's cutting-edge campus and practical training with the Chhattisgarh Government.
• Only 36 students will be chosen for this program. The tuition fees for all enrolled students will be borne by the Chhattisgarh Government.
• To be eligible, candidates must be domiciled in Chhattisgarh, hold a valid CAT score from 2022, 2023, or 2024, and possess a graduation degree with at least 60% marks (55% for reserved categories) or an equivalent CGPA as per Chhattisgarh State Reservation Policy.
• The Chhattisgarh Government will also offer a monthly stipend of INR 50,000 to enrolled students to support the students’ academic pursuits, studies, along with boarding and lodging during academic sessions at IIM Raipur.
