JEE Main Expected Cutoff Rank 2025: The expected cutoff rank for JEE Main 2025 is an important target for students who want to get into top engineering institutes like NITs, IITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. An additional number of top candidates are selected because their percentile is the same. For instance, in 2024, for the general category, 97351 were selected instead of the required 96187 because from 96188 to 97351, all candidates had the same percentile as that of 96187. It is done to ensure fairness for all candidates who got the same percentile.
