Krishna University Organize Success Meet

Krishna University organized success meet on 15-May-2016 to mark its success of Mega Job Fair and soft skills training in association with Andhra Pradesh Skills Development Corporation. The Krishna University conducted soft skills training for the students of 40 degree colleges in Krishna District which are affiliated to Krishna University. Later the University organized Mega Job Fair on 22 ^nd and 23-May-2016. The Job Fair received a grand response as a total number of 957 students participated in the event . A total number of 350 students secured jobs. A total number of 1500 students got trained under the training program.

The chief guest of the occasion was Minister, Kollu Ravindra. He said that “The University has taken a good initiative of providing training and jobs for the degree students. It is really a great thing that even the students of government colleges also secured jobs. The UG students secured jobs on par with engineering students. The University has given a stricter to ‘Chandranna Udyogamela’, an initiative of Honorable chief minister of Andhra Pradesh”.

On this occasion, he gave certificates to the students who got trained under this program. The University received appreciation district wide for its initiative. Students thanked the University and APSDC for organizing soft skills training program.

The success meet was attended by, University Vice Chancellor, principals of various degree colleges, print and electronic media.
