KEA has activated the KSET 2025 Registration Link on September 1, 2025. Candidates can fill out the application form on or before October 18, 2025. However, the fee payment portal will remain until October 19.
KSET 2025 Registration Link Activated: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has activated the KSET 2025 Registration Link on September 1, 2025, on its respective portal i.e., cetonline.karnataka.gov.in . The candidates who are aspiring for the positions of Assistant Professor within the state are eligible to apply for the KSET 2025. For the convenience of candidates, the same registration link has been provided below. Note that the authority will accept the application form through online mode only. Any other mode, like courier or physical submission to the concerned department, will not be entertained. Aspirants who have secured at least 55% marks for the general category , while 50% for the remaining categories in the post-graduation or equivalent examination from recognised universities or Institutions are eligible. In addition to that, candidates who are in the final year of their PG are also eligible. Therefore, interested candidates will apply and fill out an application form before the deadline, i.e., October 18, 2025.

Here are important details and documents required to fill out the KSET 2025 application form:

Candidates must log in through their name, date of birth as per the Aadhar card and last 4 digits of the Aadhar. After filling out the basic details, candidates need to upload the required documents, such as
- SSCL marks memo
- Intermediate or equivalent marks sheet
- Degree and PG provisional certificates
- Study certificates (from class 5 to PG)
- Transfer certificates (from class 10 to PG)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate
- Recent Photograph and signature
- Candidates are advised that all scanned copies of certificates must be uploaded in JPG format. Any files smaller or larger than the prescribed size will not be accepted.
- After that, candidates are required to pay the application fee online by using a credit or debit card, net banking. The fee is Rs 1000 for the General and Categories(IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB), for other states. While for category I, SC, ST and transgender individuals will have to pay Rs 700. After the final submission, take a printout of the KSET 2025 application form for future reference.
